The single garage is constructed from 44m x 120mm logs and it is available in four sizes and comes with a large
double door, side window and single door. The large double doors are ledged and braced with internal top and
bottom bolts, hasp and staples, three hinges per double door and single door. The doors and windows are single
glazed top hinged as standard with double glazing as an optional extra. The single garage is 3.02m to the ridge
and 2.24m to the eaves. An optional partition wall is also available on the single garage.

Please note that the single garages do not come with a timber floor so we recommend a concrete base is laid which is
fit for purpose.
