Andrew Walshe

| Joined KDM in January 1990, after leaving college and a brief spell in the shipping industry in Felixstowe. Andrew became a main board Director in February 1998, and Joint CEO in July 2003. Andrew pioneered KDM's involvement in the pallet and packaging market over 10 years ago and remains as involved today as he was then. Andrew is the Chairman of the board of KDM's Latvian subsidiary C A Timbers. Andrew also specialises in Shed, Joinery and fencing markets. Andrew is a member of the Institute of Wood Science. |

Ivan Walshe
Sales Director |
| Joined KDM in 1993 after completing a BA Honours degree in Business & Finance from Newcastle University. Ivan was made a main board Director in 2003, and more recently Sales Director in November 2004. Ivan specialises in pallet, packaging and fencing markets. He has spent the last three years developing KDM’s European panel and accessory market. |

Steve Henry
Director |
| Has over 30 years Timber Trading experience having entered the trade in 1974 as a management trainee with MLM. Five years later he joined H Chattell & Sons based in Knutsford before moving onto Hunter Fowles in Liverpool in 1987. In 1990 he joined KDM when they took over the softwood trading team of Hunter Fowles, and remained at the Cheshire office until re-locating to the HQ in Ipswich in 1998. Steve became a main board Director in January 2003. He specialises in the Merchant Importer Market, and over the past 5 years has been sourcing materials from Scandinavia and Russia to service this market. Steve is an Associate of the Institute of Wood Science. |

Neville Greenwood
Director |
| Joined the Timber Trade in 1978 with F W Masons of Nottingham, moving onto to H Chattell & Sons in 1984 specialising in ex quay softwood sales. Neville joined Hunter Fowles in 1987 before moving to KDM in 1990. Originally based at the KDM office in Hale in Cheshire before re-locating to HQ in Ipswich in 1998, Neville became a main board director in June 2003. He specialises in the pallet, packaging and portable building markets. |

David Spilling
Company Secretary |
| Left school in 1969 and developed a career in business computing and accountancy before entering the timber industry in 1976 with Woodbridge Timber Limited, working in accounts and logistics. Joined KDM’s associate company in 1982 taking over as KDM’s Accountant in 1985. Soon to become Group Financial Controller and took on the role of Company Secretary in February 1988. As the company grew he has been involved in helping to develop KDM capital base including BES & EIS issues in the late 80’ and early/mid 90’s. As well as being deeply involved the company’s IT systems he oversaw the successful restoration of our previous corporate headquarters, Kesgrave Hall, in 1995 and more recently been project manager for the new build development of our high tech offices at the Havens, Ransomes Europark. |
